While replacing 30 windows in a 5-plex rental property we discovered much of the concrete was deteriorating along the bottom of the windows and there was also considerable need for tuck pointing of the brickwork on the entire building which was built in the early 1950's. Larry was the first Company that was able to look at the property quickly and only one other company even returned my call. Larry showed up early for our appointment and was able to start the project a day ahead of what he originally estimated. Henry and his helper Felix were very professional, knew exactly what needed to be done and did an excellent job. I was very pleased with the results.
